How Our Booking Works
What Happens When I submit My Form?
When you submit your form we will email a quote that includes all fees and taxes to the email that you specified. That quote is good for 48 hours.
How Do I Pay?
When you accept our quote, we will send an Invoice through PayPal detailing your payment. We do not remove dates from inventory until we have received your deposit.
What are my payment terms?
- A deposit of $250 holds your reservation.
- Final Payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
- A returnable security deposit is added to your account and will be returned with a clean and secure home inspection.

Final Payment and security deposit is due 60 days prior to arrival.
What about Cancelations?
Cancelations are difficult for all of us but we know that they happen.
- Canceling before your 60 day final payment will receive a refund less $100 and PayPal fees.
- Cancelations within 60 days will receive a 50% penalty, and return of the security deposit.
Check-in/check-out
Because of the size of our home and because we want to give every guest the best experience possible, our Check-in of 4:00 pm and check-out of 10:00 am are strictly applied.
Fees
Fees enable us to give you a wonderful experience. Added to a week’s stay make our home even more of a bargain.
Cleaning Fee – $250.00
– paid once for each booking, this fee helps get the house ready for the next guest.
Security Deposit – $500
This assures us that people won’t destroy our home. While we will pursue people who willfully damage our home, this fee keeps us all honest. After all you want this money Back!
Pool Heat – $30.00
For those chilly days. (Mandatory November 1 – April 1)
